From start to finish, Ecolution Industries has been a pleasure to deal with. Grant, who dealt with my quote and so many variations of my quote was always polite and prompt. Brody, the owner came to our house, crawled around the ceiling space & on top of the roof to ensure what they wanted to do, could be done as we have a Cathedral ceiling and a lot of different pitches in the roof. And the young men who installed the system where professional, tidy and excellent tradesmen. I had 5 quotes from various companies, and finally decided upon Ecolutions upon their price, guarantee, top end products and outstanding service. I’m a proud owner of a 5.31kW REC 295w Twin Peake Series 2 system with a Solar Edge Inverter. They also had done my fathers home some years prior, and he was very happy. And my Dad is fussy and I am sure went up on the roof after to inspect their handy work. I could not recommend more highly the gentlemen from Ecolution Industries.

Brodie is a wealth of knowledge and took the time to explain the whole process in layman’s terms so I didn’t feel blindsided with industry jargon and fully understood what installing solar meant and all the options available to us. Grant was simply amazing, great communication both emails and phone calls and was happy to explain anything I wasn’t 100% sure on. Jai and Slater, worked like Trojans through the heat to get the system installed, constantly mindful of me working from home. There was absolutely no pressure from the “obligation free quote” to “sign up before this date” like other companies do (such an delightful change). Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and they do SOOOOO much more than Solar, do yourself a favour and check them out. You won’t be disappointed!!

I recently had Ecolution industries install a Solar system in the Caloundra area . What i can say is the service that was provided by the admin and ground crew was nothing short of first class. They were very informative punctual and thorough. I had another company recommended to me by a Golfing colleges ( cheaper) and am so glad that i went with Ecolution as my Golfing Buddy had nothing but trouble with his cheaper alternative and is heading to court. A go ahead bunch of young men that are going places . YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR !!!

If you are looking for a top notch solar system you can’t go past Brodie and the crew at Ecolution Industries. It may seem strange for a competitor to write a review (I work for a Melbourne based Solar installer) however Brodie is genuine, takes pride in his work and is always very willing to help out with advice. This is the stuff our industry should be built on! He is a wealth of knowledge and a highly respected installer.

Brodie, Jai and the boys did an excellent job of working out the optimal position for our panels and happily worked through the challenges presented by a tile roofed residential installation. The boys were respectful and professional, Brodie was very thorough and we are getting the best possible power generation with our 5 Kw inverter and 24 panels. Highly recommend these guys.

All of the team at Ecolution were friendly and easy to deal with. The quality of the installation is excellent. We are very happy with the performance of the system so far.

The installers were qualified electricians not labourers. Their service leading up to me making the final decision to go ahead was they were completely open and willing to provide all requested information.

After doing loads of research on a solar system I decided to go with Ecolution Industries. I found Austin the sales person to be extremely helpful knowing he stuff, the installation went to plan all of my queries were sorted out there and then nothing was a problem. The REC panels and Fronius inverter I purchased is top notch gear so I’m very happy. I have recommended them to the neighbour and they have installed the largest system on their roof.

We chose Ecolution based on price and perceived technical competence. Austin listened to what we wanted, gave great advice and came up with a good system and a good price. The installation team did a great job. We also got a quote from a company we saw at the Homeshow. It reinforced our belief that there are a lot of cowboys still out there and you need to be careful. The sales guy who visited us wasn’t much more than a used car salesman with no interest in what we needed just in making the sale. His product was inferior and more expensive.

I dealt with Austin, Sales Consultant – He was quick to respond queries and provided the most up to date information. He knows his stuff. The install was scheduled in with very minimal waiting period. Everything went smoothly – The team did a very good job with the install as well as the cleanup. Overall, very impressed. Highly recommended.

I could not have been happier. Austin could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. The installers were real gentlemen, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The finished job was as neat as anyone would wish. The single phase Inverter works very well on my three phase electrical system as promised it would. Austin was the Salesperson who originally visited our home for site inspection. After listening to our ideas about siting of the system, he went away and after some research came back with several alternatives which he considered would improve performance of any system we decided on. There was no hard sell and he was professional and knowledgeable. Price quoted fair. Installation followed after several days and Matt and Dillon did a great job. All completed within a day and system producing power when they left. All paper work completed by company, and follow up agreed within a short time frame to ensure no problems and to link our system remotely to them for monitoring.

Everything was good but the power output doesn’t come up to that stated on the brochure. In the middle of a cloudless day the output was 75% of what should have been possible with this system.

The system has only been operating for two weeks so it’s a bit early to comment on performance but so far very happy. Austin the sales rep was very good. He was the most knowledgeable and was the most prompt to respond. He supplied the most info on solar generally without request. Additionally, Ecolution quoted the shortest lead time to install – one week and installation was professional with the minimum of fuss.

I was visited by Austin from Ecolution, who checked my home and current system and offered a number of solutions without any hard sell. I chose Ecolution for a number of reasons but the visit topped it off.

Austin the sales person was really outstanding , considering its all a new experience, whilst I did a lot of my own research he was just brilliant in helping me choose the right system for my needs and size. Would highly recommend them to anyone. The installation was on time , fast and as promised . So far its working fine, I guess we will see when I get my first bill.
